When Karen first let me know that HMRC were investigating the accounts I must admit I felt panicked and worried about how I would deal with this and still run my business. Thankfully I had taken out the tax compliance insurance so not only did Hargreaves Owen deal with HMRC on my behalf but it did not cost me a penny. Karen was great, she provided all the information, wrote all the letters and the best part was they found nothing so there was no additional tax to pay, thanks Karen.
